Refund and Return Policy
Charmsale is committed to providing customer(s) with professional service. Charmsale’s website enforces a strict policy to ensure clarity on no refunds, no exchanges, no returns and or no exceptions. The enforced no refund and return policy is clearly posted or disclosed before purchases and services have been fully rendered. All sales made through the website Charmsale.myshopify.com are final sales with no exceptions and no refunds will be given.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

NO EXCEPTIONS
Charmsales no exception policy signifies a strict compliance mandatory leaving no room for negotiation or individual exclusions. It is used to enforce total unconditional conformity to a stated place.
- Total Unconditional Conformity: This implies that the item, once sold, must be accepted by the buyer "as is," regardless of whether it fits, is liked, or functions properly (unless it is legally defective). The customer has no condition under which they can return it.

Exceptions/ Damages and issues
1. Product must be reported immediately upon receiving if it was damaged through transit the products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving or will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please send any pictures and documentation vis email to Charmsale.shopify@gmail.com. A 24 hour return policy goes into effect once you have receive your order.
2. You receive the wrong product. If you have received the wrong order you have a 24 hour time frame to report the issue by email only. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is the wrong. A 24 hour return policy goes into effect once you receive product or products. You will still be issued your original order once item is accepted back by Charmsale. Please do not intercept the returning item once in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be returned in the brand new state in which it was shipped, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase/ receipt. Return must be acceptable upon inspection. If it is not acceptable (used, worn or not in its original packaging) you will be notified of findings. There will be a recording of all returns to prevent fraud.
